Which Evening Option Is Right for You?
Here’s who each option is for, when it runs and what it costs.
Aftercare
For: infants, toddlers and preschoolers enrolled in our weekday program.
When: weekdays, 6 to 8 PM, right after the regular day ends at 6 PM.
Cost: $40 a week, or $70 a week with Before Care.
After School Learning Program
For: school-age kids, kindergarten to 10 years, enrolled in the program.
When: school days. We pick your child up from school at 2:30 PM for homework help, tutoring, dinner and play until 8 PM. Before Care, 6 to 7:30 AM, is included.
Cost: $219 a week full-time or $131 part-time.
Evening Care
For: any child we care for, enrolled or drop-in.
When: every night, 7 PM to midnight, booked by the night.
Cost: $45 on weeknights, $55 on weekends. Need care past midnight? Book overnight care.
Rates at a glance
Pickup after midnight is billed at the overnight rate. Weekend rates apply to Saturday and Sunday, including Saturday and Sunday nights; Friday night is a weekday night. Evening Childcare: Parent Questions
What hours is evening care offered?
Evening care runs from 7 PM to midnight, every night. Enrolled infants, toddlers and preschoolers can also stay until 8 PM on weekdays with Aftercare. If you need care past midnight, overnight care runs from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.
What’s the difference between Aftercare and evening care?
Aftercare is a weekly add-on for enrolled children, weekdays from 6 to 8 PM, for $40 a week. Evening care is booked by the night, from 7 PM to midnight, for $45 on weeknights and $55 on weekends.
How much does evening childcare cost?
Evening care is $45 on weeknights and $55 on weekends. A full weekend of evenings, Saturday and Sunday, is $100. All meals and snacks are included.
Is dinner included?
Yes. All meals and snacks are included at no extra cost.
Can I use evening care only some nights?
Yes. Book regular evenings each week or only the nights you need, depending on openings. For an occasional evening, new families complete our free Drop-In Registration form.
What happens if I pick up after midnight?
Pickup after midnight is billed at the overnight rate: $75 on weeknights and $85 on weekend nights. If your shift could run late, book overnight care in advance.
What ages do you care for in the evening?
We’re licensed for children 6 months to 10 years. Call to check current openings for your child’s age.
