6 PM – 11 PM for evening shifts, events, date nights, or extended workdays.
Overnight Care

7 Pm – 7 AM with bedtime routines, overnight supervision, and breakfast.
Weekend Day Care

Weekend daytime care based on available space and staffing.
24-Hr Care

Per 24-hour period. Must be arranged in advance and is subject to staffing.
Short Getaway Care

Care available for up to 48 hours when arranged in advance. Rates vary based on age, transportation, schedule, and care requirements.

Payments are processed through Brightwheel. Invoices, receipts, balances, and payment history are available through the Brightwheel parent portal.

- 10% sibling discount off the lower tuition fee
- 10% military discount on weekly tuition for eligible families
Transportation Fees

- Occasional pickuo requests: Starting at $10/trip
Cancellations & Refunds
- 24+ hours notice: refund or credit may be available
- Same-day cancellations: not refundable
- No-shows: not refundable
- Provider emergency closures: refund or credit issued
Late Pickup Policy
Because we offer flexible and extended-hour care, we do not charge traditional late pickup fees. Parents are expected to communicate as early as possible regarding delays or schedule changes to help us maintain proper staffing, scheduling, and supervision ratios.
